Cancellation policy. 24 hours notice required. If 24 hours notice is not provided you will be charged a $50 Cancellation/no show fee. In some cases you may choose to forfeit your prepaid session if applicable. You are considered a no show if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are up to 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, that will cut into your scheduled time.
